Beatrice's progress in school

This is the end of Beatrice's second month in playground with MC. On the whole, she has adapted to her school life quite well. And I must say that we are very blessed to have great child like Beatrice!

Well, the separation anxiety did set in on the 2nd week of school, and she was whining and requesting for me not to go to school almost everyday. I made an effort to make her two cards so far since the 2nd week of school, when the separation anxiety kick in. As I leave for work quite early every morning, Daddy is the one who is responsible to bring Beatrice to school everyday. And for the whole of week 2, Larry was struggling to cope with a crying child who demanded for mommy, and was reluctant to do almost everything. From drinking of milk, to washing up and she even fussed about putting on her uniform to school. Fortunately, this only lasted for a week.

Beatrice has also adapted to her nap time and shower taking in school. Back then, her form teacher will get her to do something and occupied Beatrice while the rest of her classmates took their nap. And when it was time for shower, she would insist that she need not take her shower. In the end, the teachers only bathed her without washing her hair for the week.

Now, our child is a happy kid in school. And she is an eager beaver each morning, who would plant her kisses and hugs her Daddy before she engages in her free play at school. These are some pictures we have requested from her form teacher, who had taken for their weekly newsletter. Enjoy!
