A Feverish Fourth Month
After the jab, Beatrice was xxtraordinarily quite that late afternoon. We nay heard her screams, she nay sing and she was tire looking! She had a temperature :( We had to administer her with the paracetamol prescribed and soon the fever subsided by late morning on Sunday. Guess the 2nd dose of jab given was much stronger than the first.
We had check with Dr Ong on whether we could wean her, and was adviced not to till the 5th month. Reason being babies may be allergic or simply sensitive to some food as they are young. Therefore, we were told not to wean her with any cereal or puree till she is 5 months old. Luckily we only gave her a few teaspoon of carrot with oatmeal and apple with strawberry. If not for her diahrroea last month, I would have given her more food to try ;P

Hahaha, the sun shield picture is so cartoon and cute. Baby Beatrice looks like bery comfortable in the arms of Laura :) Mummy's Love. BTW heard that before jabs, you can feed the baby with some ginseng water to prevent the aftermath.
Yes, we gave her "yang-sheng" water. It works the 1st time but not this time. Maybe the dosage was higher. We will have to increase the dosage higher for the 3rd jab then.
Beatrice always get disturbed when we get out of the car while she is in deep sleep. So the only way is to put the hanky to shield her from the light! We used in the pram too when she zzz ... and we have our meal when out ;)
